Speaking on the 4 year olds (we snuck Leah into the 4 year old group...shhhh...), they are now pros at this egg hunt thing. Leah and Ryan both emerged with overflowing baskets. They then met the Easter Bunny's wife. This bunny was not so convincing to a 5 year old as Leah later asked if the Easter bunny is real or just a person in a costume. Great.
On Saturday night we dyed eggs. I bought the kind where you place the egg in a bag then add the dye and roll the egg around in the bag. This was much neater with messy Marvin, aka Daniel. He only crushed two eggs. Not bad. He ate those two for breakfast this morning. Notice he's shirtless just in case.
Sunday Morning, Happy Easter! The Easter Bunny led the kids on a hunt around the house. Some eggs contained clues on where to find the egg with the next clue. The final clue led them to their Easter baskets. Leah was very happy when she located money in one of the eggs. the bunny must have had a good year......which kind of perplexes me.......
All dressed up and ready for church. I think Daniel can wear this tie for about 3 more years.
Later in the day Daniel went on a walk with Daddy and picked some beautiful flowers.
That's our weekend in a nutshell. Happy Easter!

Oh my gosh. Those two are so adorable! I love Daniel's tie. He'll be wearing it to his college graduation, it's so long. How cute.
Happy belated Easter to the Links, from the Mrzenas!
BTW, Daniel looks about a year older than when you were in China. Isn't it amazing how much they change in such a short period of time?!
